The Information Literacy Summit is the only regional conference of its kind in the state of Illinois. For twenty years, the Summit has provided practical, affordable professional development for librarians from area community colleges, universities, and high schools. Our attendees and presenters value the small, local venue for sharing strategies, presenting research, and networking across institutions. At the Summit, new and early-career professionals have the opportunity to gain experience as presenters while well-established professionals find opportunities to reflect on and update their information literacy teaching practice.

Currently hosted by College of DuPage and DePaul University, the Summit began in 2002 with partners across the State of Illinois.
